Therapeutic Services
Cultivating Your Path to Emotional Wellness
Nate specializes in working with adolescents who are navigating significant emotional and life challenges. He has experience supporting teens who are struggling with suicidal thoughts, coping with the loss of a loved one, adjusting to a new school environment, facing the loss of an important activity such as a sport, battling addiction, or experiencing difficulty with unhealthy peer relationships.
His therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. These approaches help adolescents develop practical coping skills, process difficult emotions, and build healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.
Nate also works closely with families. If you are looking to repair your relationship with your teen, navigate grief together, rebuild trust, improve communication, or address concerns about your child’s safety and well-being, support is available.
You do not have to face these challenges alone. Together, we can help your teen reconnect with the world around them and move toward a healthier, more hopeful future.
